There have been comical scenes in Gosford when a pitch invader on crutches and carrying a moon boot made it onto the sphere throughout the Central Coast Mariners’ match towards Sydney FC on Saturday.
Play was interrupted for simply over a minute with the Sky Blues main 2-1 at Central Coast Stadium, when the person in a moon boot apparently evaded stadium safety to wander onto the pitch.
“The query stays, why is he right here and the way, on crutches, did he get there?”, Fox Sports activities commentator Simon Hill mentioned.
“Some fairly slack stewarding if a person on crutches in a moon boot is ready to get from the stands, over the promoting boardings and onto the pitch”.
Not surprisingly, many on social media have been left asking the identical query.
